• Emergency Services Protocol: Recognize when to dial emergency services and communicate effectively during crises.
• Post-Emergency Care: Provide comfort and monitoring while waiting for medical assistance.
• Defibrillator Usage: Understand defibrillator basics and locate public access defibrillators.
• Manual Handling Techniques: Learn safe lifting, carrying, and putting down practices to prevent injuries.
